James Treglio has worked in the area of class action litigation since 2007, starting first with Clark & Markham LLP, then the Clark Law Firm, and has been with Keegan & Baker, LLP since March of 2016. For the past nine years, Jim Treglio has only represented employees and consumers in class actions, delivering over $100 million in settlements to thousands of consumers and employees throughout the State of California. Jim has litigated cases throughout the State of California and pioneered PAGA lawsuits for violations of Cal. Labor Code §§551 and 552. Notable Cases: Steroid Hormone Product Cases (2010) 181 Cal. App. 4th 145; Mendoza v. Nordstrom (9th Cir. 2015) 778 F. 3d 834.
Before working in class actions, Jim was the staff attorney for the Fair Housing Council of San Diego. While there he was involved with a number of cases of national importance, including Fair Housing Council of San Fernando Valley v. Roommates.com, and Garrett v. City of Escondido. Jim received his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, and his J.D. from the University of San Diego.
